We accept payment free of charge via:
All payments are made to U.S.-based bank accounts in U.S. dollars, eliminating the need to send money internationally and providing an extra layer of security. Most payments are processed through Capital One Bank NA.
Best Practice: Before sending a wire, please call your charter broker to confirm the last four digits of the account number verbally. This simple step helps protect you from fraud.
Note: If your charter is departing in less than 60 days, payment must be made via wire transfer.

For bookings made well in advance (typically over a year out), we can sometimes arrange to split the payments into three installments. Your broker can request approval for this on your behalf.
Please send payments only as specified in your contract. We kindly ask that you do not pre-pay or round up, as we are unable to accept overpayments ahead of schedule.
Need to divide the payment between couples or families? No problem.
We’re happy to accommodate split payments — for example, if four couples want to pay separately, just let your charter broker know and we’ll coordinate accordingly.
For charters priced in Euros, we ask that the entire group pays in either Euros or USD — not a mix of both. This helps us manage exchange rates and accounting with clarity and fairness.
If your yacht charter is priced in Euros, you’ll have two secure options:
We will provide a quoted exchange rate along with an expiration deadline (e.g., “this rate is valid until…”). If your payment arrives after the expiration time and the exchange rate has shifted significantly, we may request a balance adjustment to reflect the current rate.
Some charters may be subject to local taxes (such as VAT) or delivery/repositioning fees, depending on the yacht and cruising area. Your charter broker will outline any applicable charges before you confirm your booking.
Most of our bookings use CYBA or MYBA e-contracts. These include secure bank details and a unique serial number. You can visit the website listed in the contract watermark to validate its authenticity using the Serial Number Validator.
This gives you peace of mind and protection against fraud.
Prefer not to travel with cash?
You can send crew gratuity to us in advance. We will securely hold the funds and release them to the crew after your charter is completed, once you give us the go-ahead.
Note: If your charter includes an APA, you may want to wait to send the gratuity until after your final APA balance is settled. APA overages can be applied toward crew gratuity, and many guests prefer not to return home with leftover Euros.
